Wooden Fish strictly adheres to the principle of data minimization and does not collect any user information. All data is stored locally on your device.

2. Data Usage

All data is strictly used for:

• Core functionality (tap counting, theme unlocking)
• Anonymous statistics (e.g., geographical distribution)

3. Data Sharing

We only share data in the following circumstances:

• With Apple Inc. for necessary payment verification
• When required by law (with proper legal documentation)

4. User Rights

• Delete local data anytime via iOS Settings → Wooden Fish → Clear Data
• Request data export via email: app.hksam@gmail.com
• EU users may request data erasure under GDPR Article 17

5. International Data Transfers

Under EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Data may be transferred through Apple's global infrastructure
• We implement Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure compliant transfers

6. Children's Privacy

In compliance with COPPA:

• Children under 13 should use under parental guidance
• We do not knowingly collect children's personal information
