Wooden Fish User Agreement

1. Service Nature
Wooden Fish is an entertainment app providing digital stress-relief tools and is not affiliated with any religious organization.
2. Usage Guidelines
- Prohibited for commercial religious activities or fundraising
- Automated tapping tools not allowed (≤300 taps per minute)
- Reverse engineering or code modification strictly prohibited
3. Paid Content Terms
3.1 One-time Purchases
- Permanently unlock all themes (including future updates)
- Support developers and receive exclusive sponsor badge
- Supports multi-device sync under same Apple ID
3.2 Refund Policy
- Apple's standard 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy applies
- Abuse of refunds may result in account restrictions
4. Intellectual Property
- Developer Original Content: Including certain sound effects, icons, and UI designs, all copyrights reserved
- Third-party Licensed Content:
- Public domain materials under CC0 and similar licenses
- Properly licensed third-party materials
- User-generated content is for in-app use only, prohibited from downloading, exporting or redistribution
- All third-party materials are used in compliance with original license terms
5. Disclaimer
- No guarantees of specific psychological effects or religious significance
- Not liable for data loss due to device compatibility issues
- Changes to paid content due to Apple policy updates do not constitute breach
6. Accounts & Data
- No account registration required - all data stored locally on device
- Complete data deletion methods:
- iOS Settings → Wooden Fish → Clear Data
- Uninstall the app
7. Agreement Changes
- Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms
- Major changes will be announced in-app (at least 7 days notice)
